Online Mass Spectrometer
Compact quadrupole mass spectrometer for real-time, fast, sensitive online detection of gas composition changes from ppb to percentage levels.
Online Mass Spectrometer
The Q-MS is designed specifically for researchers and engineers requiring real-time, fast, sensitive, and reliable online detection of gas composition changes. Designed for laboratory or production facilities, it provides a compact, powerful, and versatile online gas detection platform capable of delivering precise analytical results, tracking changes in gas composition within concentrations ranging from ppb to percentage levels.
Key Specifications
Working Principle
After gas enters the ion source, gas molecules collide with high-energy electrons, causing ionization (positive charge). Remaining gas flow leaves the ionization space and is extracted by the vacuum pump. Under the ion optical system, ions are pulled out and focused, entering the quadrupole mass analyzer. Through scanning the RF electrical field or selecting specific masses, mass filtering is performed. Signal amplification and output via an electron multiplier achieves online monitoring of gas components.
Features & Advantages
Millisecond Detection Response
Fast <50 ms/point single-channel detection speed enables real-time tracking of rapid gas composition changes.
