Thermogravimetric Analyzers BPTGA

Large-Particle Thermogravimetric Analyzer

Gram-level granular sample thermogravimetric system for large-size samples such as briquette coal, with rapid temperature rise capability.

Large-Particle Thermogravimetric Analyzer

Large-Particle Thermogravimetric Analyzer

The BPTGA is a thermogravimetric analysis system applicable to "gram-level" granular samples, particularly suitable for studying the reaction processes of large-size (such as briquette) large-particle samples. It can achieve rapid temperature rise reactions for large-size granular materials, examine the influence of sample characteristic dimensions on macro-thermochemical kinetic data, and obtain kinetic data closer to actual industrial working conditions.

Key Specifications

Sample Capacity Gram-level (220 g balance range)
Balance Precision 0.01 mg
Structure Hanging basket / top-mounted balance
Sample Size Large-size granular (e.g., briquette)
Balance Protection Inert gas purge chamber + cooling water

Working Principle

The BPTGA adopts a "hanging basket" structural design, where the balance is located at the top of the instrument and supports the sample by suspending the crucible via a hanging hook. The balance weighing range is 220 g with precision reaching 0.01 mg, enabling real-time weighing of large-dose samples. The instrument is equipped with a balance protection chamber, cooling water circulation systems, and an inert gas purge to ensure stable balance operation.

Features & Advantages

Gram-Level Sample Capacity

Balance weighing range of 220 g with 0.01 mg precision — suited for large-dose industrial-scale sample testing.

Rapid Temperature Rise

Achieves rapid temperature rise reactions for large-size granular materials by lowering the furnace body directly onto the sample.

Industrial-Relevant Kinetics

Obtains kinetic data closer to actual industrial working conditions, providing theoretical foundations for process industrialization.

Typical Applications

The BPTGA is trusted by leading research institutions and industrial labs worldwide for a wide range of applications.

  • Briquette coal pyrolysis reaction
  • Briquette semi-coke combustion reaction
  • Large-particle reaction dimension effect studies
  • Industrial-scale thermochemical kinetics
