Key Milestones

2005
Proposed the Micro Fluidized Bed (MFB) reactor concept for gas-solid reaction analysis; first MFB fluid dynamics paper published in Chemical Engineering Science in collaboration with Univ. of Twente.
2006-2008
Filed invention patent for "Gas-Solid Reaction Kinetics Parameter Analyzer" and developed the first MFBRA prototype in collaboration with Beijing Hengjiu Scientific Instrument Co.
2008-2010
Sold the first MFBRA instrument; recognized by American AMETEK Corporation and featured in their instrument catalogue. Won Gold Innovation Award at China International Scientific Instrument & Laboratory Equipment Exhibition.
2011
CAS expert evaluation concluded: "Strong innovation, instrument is the world's first of its kind, achieving internationally leading level." Won First Prize of CAIA Science and Technology Award.
2012
Approved for National Major Scientific Instrument Project by Ministry of Science and Technology. Established the Gas-Solid Micro-reaction Research Center at CAS Institute of Process Engineering. Successfully independently upgraded and developed the steam MFBRA, and sold units to SK (South Korea) and Chongqing University.
2013-2018
Successfully developed the high-pressure MFBRA (MFBRA-HP) and completed industrial design of the full product series including MFBRA-B/S, MFBRA-M, MFBRA-P and MFBRA-D.
2019
Micro fluidized bed reaction testing method published as National Standard (GB/T 38432-2019). Won First Prize of Sichuan Province Science and Technology Progress Award and First Prize of China Instrument Society Science and Technology Award.
2023
Approved for National Key R&D Program "Rapid Thermochemical Reaction Process Analyzer". Sold 100+ MFBRA units with total revenue exceeding RMB 35 million. Published ~100 academic papers in leading international journals and a monograph on Micro Fluidization.
