Integrated Isothermal Differential Reaction Analyzer
Fully integrated standalone thermal reaction analysis with built-in online mass spectrometry for second-level rapid detection.
Integrated Isothermal Differential Reaction Analyzer
The MFBRA-M integrates the fluidized bed reaction module with an online detection module, creating a standalone, fully integrated thermal reaction analysis product. It is highly suitable for complex, rapid, and strongly exothermic gas-solid reactions, allowing users to infer reaction mechanisms based on the release sequence and volume characteristics of key components.
Key Specifications
Working Principle
Building upon the standard MFBRA, the structure is optimized by embedding an online mass spectrometry (MS) module directly inside the instrument. This eliminates the need for external gas detection devices, drastically reduces the dead volume of transmission lines, shortens the time for products to reach the detector, and minimizes sample transmission distortion — enabling second-level rapid reaction high-precision testing.
Features & Advantages
Fully Integrated Design
Integrates the online mass spectrometry module inside the instrument, combining microfluidic fluidized bed technology with gas online analysis technology in one compact unit.
Minimal Dead Volume
Drastically shortens product transfer time to the detector and minimizes dead volume, achieving minimal loss during product transfer.
Second-Level Rapid Detection
Completes tests in approximately 3 seconds, enabling capture of sequential generation of different reaction products — critical for fast reaction research.
Typical Applications
The MFBRA-M is trusted by leading research institutions and industrial labs worldwide for a wide range of applications.
- Pyrolysis reaction product sequential analysis
- Baijiu distillers grains pyrolysis
- Shengli lignite pyrolysis
- Fast exothermic gas-solid reactions
- Intermediate product capture and detection
